The Marketing Manager leads and executes APFM’s B2B marketing strategy. This position drives customer acquisition, customer retention, sales team support, customer reporting and customer satisfaction programs. The Marketing Manager understands how APFM supports our network of over 17,000 senior living partners and leads and develops programs that meet the needs of this customer base. This position has a good understanding of the types of tools and support programs required to drive customer acquisition and retention programs. This includes sales collateral, dedicated customer websites, online support, customer educations programs, etc. This position manages work effectively with a field sales organization and helps the organization develop a strategic B2B roadmap.
