    The Director of Partner Services Strategy leads strategic projects that positively impact the way that A Place for Mom expands, interacts with, and maximizes the benefit to and from, their national network of Senior Living provider partners.  This role will identify new opportunities to add value to APFM’s provider partners as well as to achieve greater engagement and operating efficiencies with them, and then execute on those opportunities. The Director of Partner Services Strategy works with senior A Place for Mom executives as well as with cross-functional teams to drive impactful initiatives across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Partner Services.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver projects to evolve and positively transform A Place for Mom’s interactions with their partners in the areas of new partner development, new partner orientation and onboarding, APFM-partner systems integrations, partner account management, and additional value-added service offerings.
    • Identify opportunities to improve the move-in conversion performance of APFM partners with APFM -referred leads, particularly as methods of consumer engagement evolve with emerging communication technologies.
    • Determine the optimal start-up and long-term strategies for acquiring and working with partners in new geographic and product markets, and then partner with cross-functional teams to execute on those strategies.
    • Develop compelling, insightful recommendations based on quality data analysis and lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy.
    • Manage end-to-end responsibility for project management life cycle from requirements definition to deployment, along with issue and risk management.
    • Engage with senior A Place for Mom leaders and partner with cross-functional teams to problem solve and provide insights that have a direct impact on the future direction of the business.
    • Deliver strategic projects while managing communications across all organizations and levels.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills and experience in applying project management tools.
    • Impeccable business judgment and professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels.
    • Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and be able to chart direction of projects.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
    • Superior database data modeling and presentation skills.
    • At a minimum, willingness to learn and master SQL; current proficiency in SQL is a plus.

     

    Education Requirements

    • Master's degree/MBA.
    • 5+ years of work experience with minimum 3 years of management consulting or project management.
