The Director, Marketing Sciences and Insights is a new marketing team leadership position at A Place for Mom. We are looking for a talented and agile leader to enhance our understanding of the consumer as well as drive the effectiveness of multichannel marketing efforts. The position reports to the CMO.
Data-driven decision-making is at the core of A Place for Mom’s high-performance consumer acquisition and emerging Customer Managed Relationship (CMR) marketing capability. In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for consolidating our marketing analytics staff and building a central marketing sciences function to measure and optimize the return on our marketing investments in traditional and digital channels. Key team functions include: multichannel attribution, reporting, in-market test design, A/B testing, CRO testing, funnel optimization and setting the engagement KPIs/foundation for our emerging CRM/email nurture activities.
