The Director, Customer Managed Relationships will be responsible for standing up A Place for Mom’s consumer engagement, lead nurture and conversion activity in all channels. This role reports to the CMO.
In this newly created leadership role, you’ll be responsible for creating a CMR marketing practice (formerly known as Customer Relationship Management) that addresses the consumers’ increasing demand for more control over how they communicate with the company, what they expect, how they want to consume content and how they want to engage with A Place for Mom’s advisor services and, ultimately, our senior living communities.
This executive will have strong direct/CRM and digital marketing experience with the ability to envision, design and execute new consumer-led lead nurture programs that drive greater consumer engagement and conversion. This role works closely with Directors of Analytics, SEO, SEM and Brand marketing. The ideal candidate will possess both a consumer needs- driven mind-set and strong performance marketing background.
Additionally, this role is responsible for establishing CMR/marketing operations, ensuring that people, process and tools are optimally set up, aligned and integrated in order to achieve business results.
A senior CRM, digital and database marketing professional with 15+ years marketing experience with a track-record of creating true, consumer-driven engagement initiatives.

Senior direct, digital and database marketing professional with a minimum of 15+ years in CRM within a consumer centric marketing organization
Career focus on delivering measurable marketing ROI with expertise in all aspects of B2B and B2C direct marketing, including database marketing, analytics/segmentation and all forms of digital marketing
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively as well as the ability to execute and effectively drive results
Experience with defining and developing martech and systems required for consumer engagement/conversion programs
Resourcefulness; ability to influence and collaborate with both internal team members and external agency partners
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills; must be action-oriented
Quick study of complex problems and a highly organized approach to finding high impact solutions
