    This project management position is a new marketing team position at A Place for Mom.   We are looking for a talented and agile project management lead to manage and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated programs and multichannel marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, Advertising, Partner Marketing and CRM activities .The position reports to the CMO and is responsible for coordinating campaign activities across Director-led initiatives.

    APFM is expanding the depth and breadth of its on- and off-line marketing efforts and requires top-notch project management talent and expertise to enable teams to collaborate and participate across channels and functional areas of the marketing organization.  The ideal candidate is a natural leader, willing and able to bring people, teams and processes together to improve marketing department performance. More than just an execution specialist, this role requires a team leader who can participate in strategy and concept discussions through the project lens.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance and leadership to the Marketing team by assessing current SOP’s and revising/implementing new ones in order to make the team more effective
    • Manage, track and report on internal and external partner marketing budgets
    • Understand project objective and strategy; set meetings and lead the team in identifying, communicating and developing solutions for any potential problems or opportunities related to tactical execution
    • Manage campaigns across all platforms; design, modify, implement, and improve campaigns
    • Develop and maintain lead acquisition and nurturing workflows to support multiple product lines and stages in the buying process
    • Track, measure, analyze and communicate marketing metrics through weekly, monthly and quarterly presentations; determine program effectiveness and ROI and propose changes to improve

    Qualifications

    • Desire to be part of a purpose -led, high performance marketing organization and company
    • 7+ years of multichannel marketing project management experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Experience in and understanding of general marketing required. Ecommerce, performance marketing/direct response and/or advertising experience preferred
    • Experience managing senior teams required
    • Ability to clarify requirements and explain complex ideas clearly and manage expectations
    • Familiarity with online content management systems and proven experience in project management
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Must be people and process orientated
    • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude required
