    The Home Care Specialist helps to grow a successful home care company and has a genuine desire to serve others and is passionate to help those in need.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide outstanding customer service with both internal and external partners
    • Receive inbound retention calls from current customers and partners
    • Place outbound calls to current customers and partners to maintain customer satisfaction
    • Manage the sales process with strong post-referral follow up with partner businesses
    • Meet with partners via phone, establish trust/rapport, assess needs, set expectations, and assist partners in use of customer assessable tools
    • Meet and exceed KPI goals to scale business and achieve revenue targets cross-selling home care services 
    • Manage bookings, billings and collection of charges for partners
    • Work closely with the A/R Collections Team to maintain positive aging metrics and stay knowledgeable about partner base
    • Maintain contact with current and potential clients and partners to ensure that clients are satisfied
    • All other assigned departmental duties as assigned by manager

    Qualifications

    • Ability to immediately connect and build trust with partners via the phone
    • Must have an aptitude for both verbal and written communication and meet deadlines consistently
    • Ability to assess and convey partnership needs
    • Manage lead pipeline on a daily basis and accurately record data to ensure up-to-date information and status is maintained
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Answer customer questions and be resourceful to find answers to all needs and requirements
    • Propensity for finding work place efficiencies and customer service helpful hints a plus

     

    Education Requirements

    • Associate degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)

     

    Compensation

    The position is an hourly, non-exempt position.
