    AgingCare a division of A Place for Mom helps families find information, answers and assistance on eldercare. Our fastest growing business segment is helping families find, compare and hire in-home care.

     

    The Client Partner role is a service delivery position focused on client service and retention. In this role, you will deliver client support and ensure clients receive value from our digital lead program. To succeed, you should be optimistic, goal oriented, and enjoy diagnosing and solving problems.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for any support clients require.
    • Proactively build relationships with existing clients over the phone to ensure that they are engaged and getting the highest return on their investment.
    • Guide new clients in establishing and activating their accounts.
    • Becoming a strategic partner to clients by keeping up to date with their key challenges and opportunities.
    • Build positive working relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years’ work experience in an account management or customer service role.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and working with databased information systems.
    • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
    • Well defined prioritization and organizational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
