  • Overview

    The Designer replicates and enhances the current esthetics to our recently updated branding and marketing materials as well as supports the expansion of our brand family. This position is responsible for projects that include: marketing collateral, emails, print and web-based promotions. We are looking for a strategic thinker, comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and XD, as well as someone proficient in HTML 5 and CSS 3. Basic understanding of front end JQuery/Javascript is a plus. This position works directly with the VP of Brand Marketing and the Design Team on each project from concept to completion and reports in to the Sr. Design Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute design projects within advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, telemarketing, and print
    • Support B2B sales materials and B2B support site for partner, rehabs and professional healthcare teams
    • Support Social Media campaigns and programming
    • Design support on general projects and site content including general concepting to finding imagery
    • Shaping design strategy and discussing trends 
    • Learning online marketing and innovating how content is consumed today
    • Develop coding skills to become cross-functional with the tech and development teams
    • Assist with search engine optimization strategies
    • Mobile first designs
    • A/B testing
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • One to two years experience in a design role and traditional design training / educational background
    • Be an exceptional communicator
    • Have competence with the Adobe Creative Suite
    • Be collaborative, and comfortable working as a team as well as independently
    • Be able to work with ambiguity and not afraid to ask questions
    • Quick learner; critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through
    • Strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience in video production or editing is a plus, but not required
    • Interest in online advertising and marketing
    • HTML 5 and CSS 3

     

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    The position is an hourly, non-exempt position
