  • Overview

    The Senior Manager, Product Analytics is responsible for end to end marketing product analytics focusing on workflows, systems architecture and metrics for our APFM websites. This position supports, influences and challenges decisions based on data and insightful analyses.


    • Lead all user interaction analytics on mobile, web, aps, partner tools, and core applications within the business.
    • Utilize data to create a holistic view of onsite customer behavior and to diagnose drivers for business impact.
    • Create experimentation standard methodologies to enable robust product A/B testing, and provide data driven recommendations on prioritizing product investments.
    • Lead data driven efforts to optimize conversion and customer engagement for the long term.
    • Engage with the Product and Marketing teams to develop a robust user interaction analytics approach and measurement model.
    • Leverage data and insights to co-develop product roadmap in collaboration with the Product team and their direct reports.
    • Champion analytics and data driven decision-making, establish standard procedures and promote them within the Product organization.
    • Work closely with internal business partners (Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales) to diagnose business problems and pursue company-wide analytical challenges and drive overall positive business impact.
    • You partner with BI / Data Warehouse team to define data and reporting requirements, identify data issues and improve data solutions.
    • Provide support for leadership presentations of site and product results to the board.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • 4-6 years of demonstrated success in web, mobile, marketing, product or customer analytics.
    • 3-5 years of experience in leading and developing a team of technically advanced analytical professionals.
    • Strong applied analytics with extensive analytical toolset including an advanced understanding of statistics.
    • Ability to quickly diagnose business problems and translate high-level business questions into analysis roadmaps.
    • Ability to leverage and create frameworks to assist with communicating complex ideas to different audiences.
    • Track record of leading highly collaborative cross-functional efforts, including internal partnering with business leaders.
    • Deep knowledge of ecommerce, online marketing, and mobile trends.


    Education Requirements

    • S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or Economics is required.
    • MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
