    This newly-created position is responsible understanding and refining the end-to-end customer experience through 1:1 marketing tactics for A Place for Mom and other brands in our portfolio using test & learn methodology. Our goal is to introduce new ways for customers to engage with us that will improve their experience and education related to senior care and senior living and ultimately lead to the best solution for their needs.     Responsibilities

    • Utilize data, research, and best practices to develop test plans that optimize the customer experience across their entire lifecycle with A Place for Mom and other brands in our portfolio.
    • Partner with the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations and relevant Product/Technology teams to understand the underlying technology and make requests for potential modifications to enable more stream-lined testing, where needed.
    • Partner with the Business Analytics team to ensure that all tests can be measured appropriately and lead to statistically significant results that determine impact on the business.
    • Make recommendations for new consumer-facing tools of engagement that will improve customer experience and meet/exceed business goals.
    • Roll out winning tests in a measured and thoughtful manner to ensure continuation of positive business impact and avoid wide swings in metrics.
    • Ensure all key stakeholders have been identified, consulted, and kept in the communication loop throughout the testing and rollout process.

    Qualifications

      • 7 to 10 years of business experience with at least 5 years focused on 1:1 marketing programs (email, text, chat, etc.).  
      • Experience working in a strong test & learn environment.
      • Experience utilizing data to make business recommendations.
      • Understanding of key marketing metrics and measurements.
      • Previous success developing complex marketing programs that drove business results.
      • Experience with both managing and influencing others.
      • Exhibits strong communication skills at all levels of an organization.
      • Self-motivated with the ability to think strategically and work independently.

     

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar discipline; MBA preferred
