This newly-created position is responsible understanding and refining the end-to-end customer experience through 1:1 marketing tactics for A Place for Mom and other brands in our portfolio using test & learn methodology. Our goal is to introduce new ways for customers to engage with us that will improve their experience and education related to senior care and senior living and ultimately lead to the best solution for their needs. If you are entrepreneurial, data-driven, and have a passion for customer experience, then this may be the role for you!
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar discipline; MBA preferred
