  • Overview

    The Vice President of Sales Ops is responsible for driving scalable revenue growth at A Place for Mom. This role is responsible for managers of teams that will drive strategy and operations in sales and achieve revenue growth by building a great experience for seniors and their families. This role is heavily focused on strengthening APFM so we can be best positioned to add value to the healthcare industry, enhance our service to seniors and as a result, drive incremental revenue via new and existing lines of business. This is a strategic role requiring you to work with the senior team at A Place for Mom as well as with cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Chief Sales Officer.

    Responsibilities

    1. Create strategy and scalable operations that drive revenue growth via Sales
      • Inside Sales: Enable our Senior Living Advisor divisions to maximize conversion on leads
      • Outside Sales: Enable our Healthcare Account Executives to drive high converting leads into the business
    2. Drive the best customer experience for families from the point they are connected to a Senior Living Advisor; maximize their likelihood to move-in
      • Manage reporting, insights, programs that maximize all funnel metrics post lead sent to field
      • Drive product initiatives (app, web tools) to improve customer experience and drive conversion
    3. Manage teams of different functional areas to achieve objectives (1) and (2) outlined above
    • Product management for the CRMs, customer facing app and website
    • Core Operations - Setting quotas, territories, and compensation for the sales org
    • Analytics and Reporting to provide analytical rigor and foresight in sales related decision making
    • Quality Assurance to enable sales managers to drive optimal SLA behavior
    • Program management to launch and manage successful initiatives
    1. Partner with the executive team and cross functional teams to problem solve and provide insights that have a direct impact on the future direction of the business.
    2. Deliver strategic projects managing communications across all organizations and levels, present to the board

    • Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently and be able to chart direction of projects.
    • Superior data modeling and presentation skills.

     

     

    Education Requirements    

    • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
    • 10+ years work experience with minimum 3 years of project management, people management experience or management consulting
    • Master's degree/MBA.

     

    Compensation

    The position is salary exempt.
