  • Overview

    The Account Executive (AE) is a business development representative responsible for growing the network of home care agencies that partner with Caregivers.com.  AEs nurture and develop relationships with agency owners and educate them about the value of working with our company. 

    Responsibilities

    • Create a strategic plan to increase partner base within assigned territory and brands.
    • Educate potential partners about the services and offerings of Caregivers.com.
    • Sign on new partners that meet our qualifications and regulatory requirements.
    • Guide new partners in establishing and activating their accounts.
    • Deliver ongoing support and ensure partners receive value from our digital lead program.
    • Keep in consistent communication with your supervisor and prepare reports of weekly accomplishments.
    • Meet or exceed weekly activity expectations and key performance indicators, and quarterly goals.
    • Occasional travel required.

    Qualifications

    • Industry experience preferred.
    • Ability to make high number of calls weekly.
    • Strong sales, and presentation experience.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals and quotas.
    • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent environment.
