RealVoice is a division of A Place for Mom which creates value for skilled nursing facilities by delivering high quality, actionable insights built on patient feedback, and helping families discover high quality skilled nursing facilities through A Place for Mom’s digital platform. The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue by managing and motivating a national field-based team of Regional Business Development Managers, nurturing key relationships within the healthcare industry, developing the RealVoice brand in the skilled nursing sector, and working with product and operations team to innovate on our RealVoice solutions for healthcare providers. Success in this role requires a growth, creative and structured problem solving, and comfort with leading a growing team in a fast-paced data-driven environment. The position requires 25-50% travel and may be located in the corporate office in Seattle, or may work remotely from a major US city with a connected airport. The position reports to the Director of Emerging Business, within the Sales organization at A Place for Mom.
