    Job Description


    The Analyst, FP&A is passionate about reporting and turning data into insight.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the presentation of qualitative and quantitative results and data to senior management and other business partners that drive business decisions
    • Extract data from various databases and aggregate it to perform data analysis and create visual representations of analytic insights
    • Assist in the preparation of the Company’s monthly and quarterly reporting package(s) to senior management and board Conduct ad hoc analysis as required
    • Assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget, monthly forecasts and other financial models
    • Other duties as assigned




    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience working with large amounts of data (using SQL-type tools) to conduct analyses and identify key insights
    • Flexible, proactive working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, either independently or as part of a team
    • Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment
    • Financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
    • Required proficiency in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
    • Proficiency with SQL and PC software applications such as Word and PowerPoint
    • Customer oriented, positive and energetic attitude



    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required, Business Administration preferred
