    Job Description


    A Place for Mom is a senior care referral service that helps more than 350,000 families each year.  We are seeking an organized Marketing Coordinator that will support our Offline and Affiliate teams.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will assist with reporting, invoicing and various marketing projects.  The position is full-time and based in Seattle.



    • Coordinate new partner set-up across teams to ensure timely and successful onboard process
    • Ability to codify and standardize operating best practices
    • Support invoicing – validation, approval, recording and timely discrepancy resolution
    • Coordinate projects across internal stakeholders (e.g., accounts payable, technology)
    • Manage bank of phone numbers used for all marketing initiatives
    • Opportunity to grow role with Affiliate partners and Offline agencies



    • Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience coordinating several projects at once
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver improvements on established practices or ways of working
    • Outcome oriented – effectively prioritizes work and communicates priorities to relevant stakeholders
    • Can-do, team attitude – positive, solution-minded approach to work
    • Intermediate Excel skills required
    • Must be comfortable communicating daily via phone and email

    Education Requirements

    •  Bachelor’s degree required



    • The position is a salaried, exempt position
    • Dental, medical, vision and life insurance available
