    The Recruiting Partner will be responsible for recruiting Digital Marketing positions throughout the company. The position requires a creative thinker with experience in full-cycle recruitment along with a track record of identifying and hiring key talent. Success is measured by adherence to and full adoption of APFM values in all areas of the job.  The APFM Values are:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Incorporate APFM Values into each customer and co-worker interaction.
    • Partner with Hiring Managers to define the positions and clearly understand needs of the team and how it contributes to the organization
    • Continuously develop creative channels to identify and locate talented passive candidates
    • Provide ongoing communication with hiring managers to create a partnership that promotes a positive recruiting experience
    • Maintain a quality candidate experience
    • Outline expectations for the interview process and assists the hiring team in selecting the best qualified candidate for the position
    • Drive the recruiting process forward with hiring leads in a timely and efficient manner
    • Review resumes, screen candidates; aggressively market and sell A Place for Mom as an employer of choice to top tier candidates
    • Schedule interviews and obtain feedback from interviewers in standardized manner
    • Adhere to recruiting processes and workflows
    • Other duties as assigned


    Required Skills and Competencies

    • 5+ years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience full life cycle recruiting with a focus on digital marketing at all levels
    • Savvy with new technology and trends
    • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives
    • Experience managing a recruiting cycle from start to finish, strong follow-up skills
    • Leadership qualities and passion for leading by example
    • Proven ability to define job requirements with hiring managers
    • Experience working effectively with all levels of management
    • Proven ability to follow up with candidates during and after the interview process
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


    Education Requirements

    Bachelor's degree required
