Larry Kutscher - Chief Executive Officer

Larry Kutscher is Chief Executive Officer of A Place for Mom. Larry is a veteran CEO with over 30 years of experience leading digital, technology and service businesses through significant periods of growth and value creation. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of TravelClick, where he drove the company’s overall strategic vision and helped increased the company’s value from approximately $300 million to more than $1.5 billion over eight years.


Tatyana Zlotsky – Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Operations
Tatyana is a visionary and entrepreneurial digital marketing executive, brand builder, and industry thought leader with experience in driving transformational change and redefining user experiences for Fortune 100 companies and start-ups. She has a reputation for championing the art and science of marketing - from strategic branding and creative development to data and technology - translating high brand value into tangible revenue generating activities.



Based in New York, the Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the team responsible for ongoing marketing performance reporting and analysis, marketing channel attribution, and annual marketing volume planning exercises. The Analyst will work with the Director of Conversion and Investment Optimization to deliver weekly, monthly and ad-hoc marketing performance reports. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a repeated ability to provide actionable insights to the Marketing team that optimize channel activities and ultimately drive revenue growth for the business.


Who you are:

The ideal candidate has experience building reports for acquisition marketing teams. You are data-driven and analytical with a strong attention to detail. You are curious, consistently asking questions and pressure-testing the data until we arrive at actionable insights. You love sharing your findings across the organization to help with decision-making to drive growth.



What you will do:


  • Develop weekly marketing performance reports to be consumed across levels of the organization.
  • Identify and trouble-shoot data discrepancies with the Data and Analytics team.
  • Partner with marketing channel owners to understand the drivers of their business performance and help the team achieve yearly growth targets.
  • Play a key role in consolidating inputs and assumptions from the Marketing team in support of the annual planning process.
  • Partner with Finance to track our planned and actual media spend.
  • Run ad-hoc analysis to drive marketing growth and build insights into performance.


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • 2+ years’ experience in reporting, analytics, digital marketing or other similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Outcome-oriented with a demonstrated ability to turn ideas into action.
  • Passionate about the numbers, with a keen eye for detail, and pulling insights from vast quantities of data.
  • Knowledge of digital acquisition channels, tactics and performance drivers a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with experience building/working with models a plus.
