  Senior Living Advisors (SLAs) are inside sales representatives responsible for educating families on senior care options and referring them to customer communities that match their needs. The Senior Living Advisor refers pre-screened internet leads and follows up with the family throughout the search process. Senior Living Advisors are also responsible for coordinating with customers to ensure timely follow-up to referred families. This position will work closely with our Marketing, Telephony, Workforce Management and Sales Team in understanding the various channels, both digital and non-digital, that Families use to contact A Place For Mom and develop tool and processes that enable a seamless customer experience for our Families as well as for the Agents who help the Families. You will also use your data expertise to generate operational metrics to drive decision making. This Product Manager - Omni Channel Contact Center will be instrumental in defining and delivering on the new product vision for the Omni Channel Contact Center at A Place For Mom.   This position reports to Senior Director of Product – Lead Management. In addition, you will also be responsible for designing user experiences for applications used by our senior living advisors. Your primary focus will be to design compelling user experiences with a strong focus on responsive, native app, and interaction designs.This position reports to the Director of Product Design, Research and User Experience and will be based in New York City. As a product designer you will be part of an autonomous product team that includes a product manager, developers, quality assurance analysts, and data analysts You will participate in every part of the product development process from discovery, to prototyping, user testing and delivering hi-fidelity designs.  Who you are:   The ideal candidate is a passionate UX designer with an attention to detail. You empathize with the user, understand their needs, have creative problem solving skills, ideate on  solutions, test and refine. You understand specific needs of mobile users, and have skills in motion and interaction design.  You have experience with the digital presentation of media, specifically video and digital experiences.
